Kellindell Hi, my bard will be a halfling so I can start in either area. I prefer NH but last i checked there was this amazing instrument you get when you start in the Fae area. Is this still the case or did they add one to NH? Or are you severely hurting yourself by not starting your bard in the wood elf area? Thanks.
Fidric Kellindell the instrument value gulf is now a lot less E.g. basic vendor lute is 50% While end of Fae quest is 60% And there are higher 90% lutes in the world
Gathbard I would personally start in the Fae area if I could, but it's not that much of a buff even with the stats on top. It just sucks that the quest is "character creation" based instead of simply "class" based. It would be nice to have it as one more reason to visit foreign lands.
