To build on the glyph system, here's a mechanic that I think would be fun and give the wizard some choices matter / flare!
On a moderate cooldown, Wizard can inscribe a circular runic symbol on the ground that matches one of the four glyphs.
When the Wizard casts using at least one glyph of the circle type, the Wizard gets a corresponding a/b/c/d buff for themselves, their party, or the spell itself!
The more glyphs of that type used casting the spell, the greater the buff.
