This lvl 2 action confuses me. It says on the description that it's on until turned off. And when I hit it, nothing seems to change and it just recycles again. I don't know if I'm turning it 'off' or 'on' lol. Is it a permanent buff that I'll later have to decide to swap for something else, or do I need to use it to get the attck speed buff for a minute.
