Whether we agree or disagree with any specific nerf enchanters -- or another class class -- gets, we can usually see a rationale for it: the reasoning behind the dev's decision. But I have to confess that the deep-dive stealth nerf on our mana transfer spells, specifically the 30s cooldown, utterly mystifies me.
It's not like giving our mana to another party member is imbalancing in any way, and the sensible way to limit it is via our own mana pool, not some artificial timer. That rewards enchanters who husband their mana, and thus have some to give.
But my biggest problem with this is that it reduces enchanter engagement. Especially in endgame content, enchanters often find themselves in situations where we can't charm, have nothing to mez or stun, and our nukes are far too tiny to matter -- even ignoring the horrendous ratio, devs simply LOVE to give high-end bosses insane magic resists. At least when we were frantically transferring mana to a healer or DPS class, we could feel like we were contributing in some way. Now? Cast once and sit down, sorry.
As a support class, there's literally nothing more "supportive" we can do than to feed mana to others. I literally can make no sense of this change. Can anyone?
