Shout Cooldown timers.

I don't think your damage DD should go on the same cooldown as the longest shout. At a minimum it should just be put on its normal CD. For that matter, if shouts share cooldowns they should ALL only trigger their own CD of their respective shouts. You feel punished for using your long cooldown fear or stun and then not being able to use your damage shout for 3 minutes or longer.

Well except in the reverse when you use a short duration shout it shouldn't trigger the long one 😛

I agree with your thoughts...

A shout cooldowns should be the following: each shout should gain a cooldown of the shout used or its own cooldown whichever is shorter. Noting that a previous shout on cooldown should not be affected if its current cooldown time is longer than the just shouted ability cooldown.

Mez shout cooldown length means it is never on my bar ever. I think shared cooldown is fine but CC shout cooldowns need a major reduction.
