Race and Trait Combinations

Brendumb

I'm strongly considering Deep Elf Shadowknight with the Oathbound trait as my first character, i know the evil starting city is going to be hell for a first run but I can't look past Ultravision.

What other combinations are people considering, is there a strong min/max top build? I mostly played fighter and archer in beta.

Grove

Ogre with soothsayer? I’m curious as to good race/trait combinations for SK as well

jobanab

A duo with a Deep Gnome Necromancer with Fungal Symbiosis (the regeneration in shade) partnered with a Wood Elf of some type with Grove Tender (to always have a tree granting shade). Just be interesting to always have extra regen on the Necro, assuming it stacks with other regen buffs.

Brendumb

The deep elf racials seem a little underwhelming but are marked as in progress. Honestly any of the three ogre options seem to be good matches for SK

Zackthorn

For now I picked Ogre with Agile, Shield, Survival and I cant remember what the other one was.
Now I picked +3 str, +1 stam, +3 agi and +3 Intel.
But might change it up a bit cause I am missing a lot of dex on the char for now.

QuestingJoe

I didn't get to a high level in the beta.

Are 10 points actually noticeable? I kinda assumed stat points wouldn't matter once you hit higher levels and started getting equipment.

Brendumb

It's less about the stat points and more about the racial traits that were announced yesterday with the class updates.
