Please remove Whistling Slash 1h restriction

There's quite a few 2h weapons that are Bard eligible (which I love) including the brass 2h Cinder Horn - it does not feel good to lose our one and only attack ability by using a 2hander with current itemization. Please remove the 1h restriction

Pls. I was excited to get the Cinder Horn but less excited when it doesn’t work with my only melee ability 🙁

Why the restrictions? You’ll likely only ever use a 2h weapon as a bard if it offers you an instrument bonus. So why make these items if they don’t work with our melee ability?

Xilith posted on that weapon last month:

It will either lose it's status as a weapon, or the instrument bonus will be reduced, or it will no longer be an instrument most likely. That bonus is high for a combo weapon/instrument, especially at a low level, and it's on a 2H weapon. There's a bunch of stuff wrong with that item.
