Cleric solo ability with rework

Tpoon

While the Cleric does feel amazing, after 15 it does start to slow a little. The hits you take justify the procs

Block is underwhelming, and without Parry or Dodge, it is still not amazing for prolonged tanking solo. It is wild how effective Dodge and Parry actually are once you sit there using your face a shield.

They added almost 0 offensive capability, and the procs are 1PPM it seems. You still need to dump 50% of your mana bar to kill a Dblue skeleton and i suspect it only gets worse as you go on.

Very satisfying to get a double-tap on your proc for hundreds of damage but you really want to just be doing this in a group.

Memegor piety and wrath are not melee procs, they are miracle procs with no known trigger. Righteous Strike procs off Holy Strike(s) so that is our only melee proc.

You can receive wrath/piety while sitting.

Ensi piety and wrath are not melee procs, they are miracle procs with no known trigger.

Can confirm this. Yesterday as I was running thru Night Harbor I got a random piety proc. The only possible trigger was autorun.

Ensi TBH this is kind of cool.

Memegor

Ensi You cannot be serious...

Piety & Wrath can both proc by using Holy Strike, either individually or simultaneously. It's not just a coincidence that sometimes Piety or Wrath proc THE EXACT MOMENT I use Holy Strike, right?

Also, ever since the update, I have gotten ONE proc (cannot remember if it was Piety or Wrath) while I was AFK for a bit in NH, and that was while playing well over 24 hours, spread amongst 4 days.

Ensi

Memegor procs are still happening at random for me - sometimes while in melee, sometimes when running, sometimes when sitting.

Unless you have some numbers or metrics to share, this is random off any event we do or do not do.

Shaman main here - so glad to see clerics get a nice bump in the fun factor and soloability. I absolutely love grouping with clerics because I (used to) get to use the best parts of my kit to help the group. Always felt bad for my cleric healer brothers who seemed bored in the group. Y'all deserved this, and I'm really glad for you! Congrats!!
