Phuture “I'm not sure if being able to perform actions completely outside of the range of any adverse mob reaction is that realistic is all”…If this wasn’t a Druid-only thread, you’d have every single caster class giving a, “wut?…” response here. In the current state, every class has what feels like a 10+ meter radius to cast on a mob before they are within aggro range, so I’m not sure how your sentiment holds any water.
In Lull’s previous state, it was OP and needed nerfing. In its current state, however, the Lull’s range gives only a few steps of leniency between “safe” and “aggro” on a stationary mob, let alone one that decides to turn and pat on you. So it’s not uncalled for to think the spell’s casting range should be bumped up a little bit to give some kind of reasonable buffer while still allowing risk vs reward playstyle.
And, a daily reminder that heals and damage tuning aren’t being addressed until after all class overhauls. The Lull-line may be included in that (either a removal or a range increase).
