Penemue Camouflage is once again regularly experiencing early breakrates (often sub 1 minute) like it did early on in the beta. This began not this patch, but the previous and is quite annoying.
Penemue Still broken and having sub 1 minute durations regularly. Will often break mere seconds after recasting.
