Monk Deep Dive...coming soon?

Curious if there are any rumors or confirmations on where the Monk class will go. Obviously we know they are gonna get away from the elemental theme, but what will replace it? Excited to see.

Pretty hyped for the changes based off the outline they posted a few months ago. A buddy thinks they'll be able to climb walls based off of

while fast movement and an indifference to vertical terrain gives them a range that no other class can match.

but that sounds a bit farfetched to me. Either way, sounds like we'll still retain much of what Monk is today but with additional tools and abilities. Loving this class and loving the pulling role.

I've been hoping they bring back the old jump mechanic where you gain distance when you jump. It would be cool if this was like a 30 second ability, but was still gated by stamina. It would help with pulling casters and such back to group. This would put my Fast Metabolism trait back to good use!

Climbing would fit with the monk and acrobatics theme, plus would be a unique tool to assist with scouting and pulling.
Would also be fun to have a monk trainer or epic quest giver, at the top of a hill, only monks can access through climbing :)

I hope it is.

Currently, the most efficient way to solo or get exp is to Fire Dot, fd, round kick & fire dot, fd. This seems untenable going forward as it allows you to solo almost anything near your level (albeit slowly), and means that there is almost no content you can solo that you'd be better off duoing, let alone grouping.

In the latest stream I saw they said Fighter, Monk, and Cleric Deep Dives are currently being worked on will be the next ones to be patched into the game.
