Andretious Ok so im legit curious why dropping 7 intel doesn't change my damage. i nuke for the same every time. -7 intel 19 dmg..... plus 7 intel , 19 damage. Are stats broke?
Foojack there are hidden level based stat caps of some kind. This is to mitigate how much you can break the game design by twinking. best to spread your stats out a bit lower level if you want to push that as far as it can go.
feeWAIVER Andretious you may be at a dmg cap for your lvl already and after dropping 7 int, you're still at the cap.
