Ail'vorith House - step after Provost Xan'shorn

Fafnyr

Just wondering if anyone has identified the House task giver that follows the dialogue with Provost Xan'shorn. One NPC talks to me (Vaslir Naiyth) but that NPC is for elementalists and necros (which she discloses at the end).

I presume it is not the Klavel Sul quest line, which appears similar but unrelated.

Thanks in advance.

As an Inq, I have found all the House NPCs save Velgarrith and the Necro/Ele one is also the only one who will talk to me. I can't find anywhere in the Foreign Quarter to train dodge, parry, and block.

What are the other representatives? I've only been able to locate 3 (Drezzorith, Ith'vayen, Varros). Will the others just not even talk to me based on class?
