snagason At level 60 my mana regen is 6/tick whether arcane tyrant is applied or not even though this self buff says it should provide 4 mana / tick in its description. Everything else about the spell seems to work : !0 str, 15 RM and sense magic. Only the mana regen component is missing. Please fix this it would go a long way to provide greatly needed mana sustain to inquisitors. I can't help but also notice that its duration is 35 minutes now even though it is a self buff. This contradict the latest patch notes that say self buffs should mostly stay for one hour.
Fidric snagason mine is lasting for one hour. the mana regen definately not working tho. i can see it mentioned on the tooltip of the SPELL but NOT the tooltip of the applied BUFF
Taron Did you write a direct in-game /bug report? This seems pretty important to fix, given the thing I'm hearing complained about most pre-rework is the mana issues for Inquisitor!
snagason Arcane Tyrant is now fixed. I got 10 mana / tick standing at level 60 vs 6 mana / tick previously.
Bais snagason I have zero issue with not getting it if I've got clarity on. But this does suggest that it should stack with the water elemental aura, since that one is now secondary mana regen...
Mesh snagason 99% Sure Arcane Tyrant is a secondary mana regen that's supposed to stack with Clarity. Bug report it.
Fidric Mesh tooltip never stated if primary or secondary and never mentioned in any deep dive or patch note. i'd assume its primary by design tbh.
Mesh Fidric Makes no sense to me that a tanks primary defensive buff would block primary mana regen. It's value alone should determine that it's a secondary buff.
Raybane Mesh The main reason would be that the intent with the buff is that Inquisitors should work without the need of an Enchanter or Bard, but that also means it doesn't have to stack.
snagason Yeah Clarity pretty much always keeps me topped off while chaining scintillations and force choke anyway. I think it's probably cool as is.
