--> What does the "Limit one target" for the Placate-Spell-Line mean:
1) That it just is a single target spell
or
2) that only 1 mob can be affected by this spell at once, so that when Placating a 2nd mob the 1st mob will loose the Placate again?
--> Some here say that their DDs do less dmg now. I would assume that might be because the dmg now is based off of CHA and your INT may be higher that your CHA?
