There also appears to be some issues with offhand calculations using H2H weapons - data to back up the statements can be provided but this is ALOT of testing and work on my end. After all, we are here to test the game right?
Hadir's shows a consistent off-hand connect-rate penalty (24-27% vs. 35-65% for other tested off-hand weapons), confirmed across three independent main-hand pairings. This makes dual-Hadir's specifically the worst-performing weapon combination we've tested — but we cannot confirm whether this reflects a broader H2H-weapon-type issue or something specific to Hadir's itself, since no other H2H weapon has been tested in off-hand."
And it appears post patch the H2H weapons calculations are broken, different, not meant for monks to use fists, etc etc
**Damage rating is confirmed and solid: using every clean main-hand-only Hadir's session (1015 pooled hits, spanning six separate postpatch sessions across multiple stances and pairings), the implied rating is 23.4 — landing almost exactly where earlier, smaller-sample estimates suggested (24). This number doesn't depend on timing or duration accuracy at all, only on landed-hit damage, which makes it immune to the capture/OCR issues that have complicated other parts of this analysis. We treat this as essentially settled.
Delay is the harder number, but restricting to main-hand-only data actually strengthened our confidence in the direction, if not the exact value. Prepatch, using the same main-hand cross-calibration method against Mother's Sorrow's known 3.5s delay, Hadir's delay came out to 2.7-2.8s — a solid, well-established baseline from a large prepatch sample. Postpatch, cross-calibrating Hadir's pooled main-hand swing rate (0.2493/s, n=1015) against three independently-known reference weapons — Mother's Sorrow (3.5s delay), a single large Mother's Sorrow session, and Savage Club (2.4s delay) — produced estimates of 4.11s, 4.41s, and 4.62s respectively. All three land in a tight, mutually-consistent 4.1-4.6s band, clearly above the prepatch 2.7-2.8s baseline. Only a fourth calibration method, using Grudgehaft (4.8s delay), gave a notably lower postpatch estimate (3.6-3.7s) — and given three separate weapons agree with each other while only Grudgehaft disagrees, we now suspect Grudgehaft's calibration point is the outlier, not the other three.
Bottom line: using main-hand data exclusively, damage rating is confidently 23.4, up from a prepatch 22. Delay clearly increased with the patch — from a well-established 2.7-2.8s prepatch to most likely 4.1-4.6s postpatch — meaningfully higher than the commonly-hypothesized 3.3s, and this conclusion has only gotten stronger as more independent weapons and larger samples were added, not weaker. We don't have a single confirmed decimal for postpatch delay, but we're confident both that the true value sits well above 3.3s, and that the patch made a real, substantial change to this stat, not a minor tweak.**
Here is the dps post patch - granted this is over roughly 20 fights each so things like RNG with wind can affect it and I am still testing issues so see if they were anomolies or something else.
