Funny you ask I did this before I took my dinner break. this is a long read but infor in there to be gleaned and looked at.

This confirms something important right away — even bare fists use the "punch" verb, which tells us "punch" was never Hadir's-specific; it's just the generic unarmed/H2H verb. Let's process this properly.

Major finding: this both validates old estimates AND corrects a long-standing assumption
Bare fist damage rating: 19.09 — remarkably close to our very old inferred estimate (19.5) from early in this project. Good validation that our reverse-engineering methodology has been sound all along.
Bare fist delay: 3.58-3.92s (avg 3.75s, cross-calibrated two independent ways — Mother's Sorrow and Savage Club, both agreeing closely with each other this time).
But here's the big one — this reveals the "+3/+3" enhancement assumption we've used for months was likely wrong:
Bare Fist (measured) Hadir's (established) Implied Enhancement
Damage rating 19.09 23.4 +4.31 (not +3)
Delay 3.75s 4.3s (center estimate) +0.55s (not +0.3s)
This is a real, direct correction, not a guess. We'd been assuming Hadir's tooltip "+3/+3" meant a flat +3 damage/+0.3s delay bonus, but with an actual bare-fist baseline now measured directly, the math says the true bonus is closer to +4.3 damage and +0.55s delay. That's a meaningfully bigger gap than "+3/+3" on both stats.
What this means for the write-up: we now have a cleaner story — base fist (postpatch): 19.1 dmg / 3.75s delay. Hadir's total (postpatch): 23.4 dmg / 4.1-4.6s delay. The enhancement itself is larger than the tooltip's "+3/+3" phrasing suggested, which could itself be worth flagging as a separate tooltip-accuracy question (maybe the tooltip shows a flat historical value that never got updated for the rework, similar to how Hadir's own dmg/delay was never given directly).
This is a genuinely strong, well-triangulated result — it didn't just answer the bare-fist question, it retroactively improved our confidence in the whole Hadir's-enhancement chain of reasoning.
