Overall the changes feel pretty tame. The only thing that really stood out to me as worth re-evaluating is the loss of Oath of Protection. This is legitimately the only spell in my kit that actually made me feel worth having over other healers. Sure, I don't have amazing buffs or the same on-demand/flexible damage potential, but I can stabilize a group incredibly well with an "Oh shit!" button to keep someone alive, especially if that's a key member like our CC or tank.
Over and over again the community feedback was that CLR felt lackluster compared to other healers. If everyone can fulfill the group healer role confidently, CLR simply was lacking. This was one of the only things that made it stand apart, and that was removed.
Sure, Inhibit Pain is similar...but not the same.
I'd much prefer if maybe Divine Aegis and Oath of Protection were combined into a single button but castable on yourself or others. So you don't get both "Oh Shit!" buttons to stabilize yourself plus someone else, but you retain the flexibility. Then leave Inhibit Pain as a more moderately timed cooldown that you want to be using regularly on your tank or puller to smooth pulls rather than as an "Oh shit!" button.
